Thank you for respecting our policies. With many of our classes regularly waitlisted, it's essential that every reserved spot is honored or released with proper notice. Late cancellations and no-shows directly impact your fellow clients and our instructors’ ability to deliver a high-quality experience.

There are no exceptions to our late cancel or no-show policies. These rules are in place for a reason, please do not ask for special accommodations.

About Cut + Flow

What is Cut + Flow?
Cut + Flow Studio is a boutique fitness studio offering two training modalities: heated and non-heated yoga and Slow Resistance Training on the XFormer. Our mission is to help individuals build self-worth and confidence through consistent movement and community connection.

Can I attend class if I’m new to working out, have an injury, or am pregnant?
Yes, provided you’ve been cleared for exercise by a physician. All classes are all-levels unless otherwise specified, and instructors offer appropriate modifications for different experience levels and physical conditions. If you have any pre-existing injuries or are pregnant, please be sure to communicate that to your instructor before class begins.

Do you offer beginner-specific classes?
Yes. Beginner Yoga and XFormer Foundations are both designed with first-timers in mind. Please check the schedule for availability.

Before You Arrive

Is there an age requirement to attend classes?

All clients must be at least 18 years old. By purchasing a membership, class package, or booking a class, you confirm that you (and any guests) meet this requirement.

What should I bring?

  • Yoga: Yoga mat, water bottle (no glass or open-top), and towel (optional)

  • XFormer: Grip socks (required), water bottle, and towel (optional)
    Grip socks and yoga mats are available to borrow (limited supply) or purchase in-studio.

Arrival Requirements

  • First-timers: Must arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time.

  • XFormer first-timers: Arrival 10–15 minutes early is required to receive a full demo of the XFormer machine. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

  • Yoga: No entry is permitted after the scheduled class start time.

  • Returning clients: Arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure you're set up and ready.

Parking

  • Bothell: Free parking (90 minutes to 3 hours) available in Beardslee Village garages. Street parking available on Beardslee Blvd.

  • Lynnwood: Street parking available near 40th Ave W and 198th St SW. Limited retail spots also available in the Ember Apartments garage. Do not park in the Dania Furniture or Anytime Fitness lots. You will be towed.

Booking, Waitlists + Attendance

Booking Classes
All bookings must be made through our website or app:

Advance Booking Windows

  • Members: May book classes up to 45 days in advance
    Class packs: May book up to 14 days in advance

Reservation Limits
You may hold up to 3 active reservations per calendar day, including waitlisted and confirmed spots. Once you check in for one class, you may reserve an additional class on the same day. Guest reservations do not count toward your limit.

Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens up more than 2 hours before class, you’ll be automatically enrolled and receive an email confirmation. If a spot opens within 2 hours, a staff member may contact you by text or phone.

  • If you are automatically added and cancel less than 12 hours before class, it is considered a late cancellation

  • If you do not get into class, your credit will return to your account
    You may remove yourself from a waitlist at any time without penalty

Late Arrival Policy

  • Yoga: No late entry permitted. If you arrive after the class start time, you will not be allowed in under any circumstances.

  • XFormer: Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their spot forfeited to any present waitlisted client. If there is no one from the waitlist and you have previously completed an XFormer demo at our studio, you may be permitted into class.

In-Class Expectations

Yoga Room Policies:

  • No phones, shoes, or glass water bottles

  • No entry after class begins

  • Please maintain a quiet and respectful environment throughout class

XFormer Room Policies:

  • Grip socks are required for all clients. No exceptions.

  • Follow all instructor cues and safety instructions closely

Failure to comply with in-class policies may result in removal from class and/or loss of credit.

Class Cancellations + Penalties

We enforce a strict 12-hour cancellation window for all class reservations.

Unlimited Memberships + Intro Offers:

  • Cancel/change 12+ hours before class: no penalty

  • Cancel/change <12 hours before class: $15 late cancel fee

    • One late cancel per calendar month is automatically waived when you remove yourself from class within the 12-hour window.

  • No-show: $25 fee

Limited Memberships, Class Packs, and Single Classes:

  • Cancel/change 12+ hours before class: no penalty

  • Cancel/change <12 hours or no-show: class credit is forfeited

There are no exceptions to these policies, regardless of reason.

If any cancellation or no-show charge is disputed through your financial institution, Cut + Flow Studio reserves the right to suspend or refuse service until the matter is resolved in full.

Memberships

Membership Structure
All monthly memberships require an initial 3-month commitment and continue month-to-month afterward. We also offer 12-month memberships during limited-time promotions for added savings.

Billing
Memberships auto-renew each month based on your activation date. You can view your billing date by logging into the app under “Memberships & Credits.”

Class Rollover
Unused classes do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

Running out of classes?
You may upgrade your membership or purchase additional single classes/class packages at 25% off (discount automatically applied at checkout).

Upgrades + Downgrades

  • Upgrades may be made at any time, even during your initial commitment

  • Downgrades require completion of the 3-month commitment and 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Email: memberships@cutandflowstudio.com

Why the 3-Month Commitment?
We don’t charge enrollment or setup fees for our memberships. Instead, we ask for a 3-month commitment to account for the administrative costs that come with starting or adjusting a membership. It also gives you the time to establish consistency, build momentum, and start seeing real results.

Membership Freeze
Memberships may be frozen up to twice per calendar year for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 3 months per freeze.

Additional freezes beyond the included two can be purchased for $15 per month.

Membership Cancellation
You may request to cancel your membership after completing your full commitment:

  • 3 full billing cycles for standard monthly memberships

  • 12 full billing cycles for 12-month commitment memberships

If your membership was purchased online, you can cancel through your online account using the self-service cancellation option.

If your membership was purchased in-studio or via email (i.e., with a staff member or not on your own device), cancellation must be submitted by email to memberships@cutandflowstudio.com with at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.

If your membership is still within a commitment period, you may submit a cancellation request at any time; however, you will remain financially responsible for all remaining payments owed within that commitment.

If your membership is frozen, cancellation may still be requested, but will take effect once the freeze ends and any remaining commitment is completed.

  • Memberships are non-refundable

  • We do not prorate partial months under any circumstances

Special Pricing
We offer discounts for active students, educators, healthcare professionals, military personnel, and fitness industry professionals. Email info@cutandflowstudio.com to verify eligibility.

Guest Bookings
Guests may be booked through your included passes (memberships only) or with your own credits (class packs/drop-ins).

Expiration
All class packs expire 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Advance Booking
Class pack holders may book classes up to 14 days in advance.

Guest Use
You may use your class credits to reserve spots for friends or family.

Cancellations
Classes may be canceled or changed up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancels and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
