Parkinson’s Awareness Month | Donation XFormer Classes

with Mackenzie Banta

Join me in supporting Parkinson’s Awareness Month 🤍 This is something very close to my heart as my Nana had Parkinson’s and passed away in 2016 from the disease. My Nana was a strong, loving, and energetic woman who’s photos you’ll see in the lobby of Cut + Flow Studio and she serves as an inspiration to everyone who enters our doors. This year I’m leading 2 donation-based classes on April 27th at 3:30 and 4:30pm in support of Parkinson’s Wellness Place, which is a local nonprofit organization providing a full range of health and wellness services for people living with Parkinson's Disease, their families, and care partners in Snohomish and surrounding counties. Parkinson’s Wellness Place began in 2017 as a non-contact boxing program for people with various stages of Parkinson’s and of all fitness abilities, and now offers a variety of classes from Rock Steady Boxing, Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery, yoga, and one-on-one training!
