We’re here to make it feel easy, welcoming, and a little more familiar from the moment you walk in.

Show Up Early

Your first class isn’t just about the workout, it’s about getting comfortable in the space.

We recommend arriving early so we can show you around, introduce your instructor, and get you set up in a way that feels good.

Machine (XFormer): 20 minutes early
Mat (Mat Pilates + Yoga): 10 - 20 minutes early

If you arrive late for your first class, you may not be able to participate, and we want your first experience to feel smooth, not rushed.

How Class Starts

We start on time and keep the room focused once class begins. Being settled before the start time gives you a chance to ease in, take a breath, and fully arrive before things get moving.
